become the person you were meant to be...
The fast-paced, stressful society in which we live can create a heart full of panic and anxiety. Then, when we add on the stresses of everyday life, plus the crescendo of the economic slump, it adds to the recipe. The end result is that many people are consumed with anxiety in the forms of generalized fear, panic, and others. Anxiety often leads to self-medication with food, alcohol, eating disorders, excessive shopping, drugs, pornography, computer addictions, or workaholism. All of those are cover-ups used to mask our underlying stress and anxiety. But the culmination of the cover-up often destroys relationships and leads to another layer of depression and anxiety. What would happen if you were able to free yourself of the type of anxiety that paralyzes you? If you are willing to work through the layers of personality and life that fuel anxiety, you would be able to become more of the person you were meant to be.
